Services are subject to a health screening, PAR Q, & upfront payment.
Sessions are used weekly according to the frequency of the agreement on the initial page of the contract.
Movement Mobility Massage and its representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the client, except where such loss is due to gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
Personal Training, EM3 & Massage services are sold as reserved time slots for the month, rather than individual sessions. If a session is forfeited due to cancellation, it cannot be discounted or carried forward, as the reserved time slot has been allocated exclusively for the client. However, if sessions are cancelled by M3, it will be deducted from the following months invoice.
Make-up sessions are allowed for missed sessions due to illness, with a valid doctor’s note, travel with prior notice, or other reasons deemed valid. Clients on a 12-month contract are eligible for make-up sessions within two months; clients on a 6-month contract within one month according to their contracted training frequency per week.
Payments are upfront or prepaid, via EFT, or cash.
Contracts may be frozen due to medical reasons upon presentation of a valid doctor’s letter. The maximum freeze period is 6 months. Once the client is medically cleared, training can resume.
If a client cancels during the first half of their membership, a 20 day notice and a cancellation fee of R1100 will apply to cover administrative costs and loss of reserved slots. The cancellation fee is waived in the second half of the membership, provided proper notice is given.
