With over 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and 7 years as a Massage Therapist, Patrick specializes in optimizing movement, strength, and mobility to ensure sustainable progress. His approach is tailored to help you build strength while maintaining flexibility and preventing injuries.
Mishka, a qualified massage therapist and movement coach, blends her deep knowledge of recovery and performance with her extensive sporting background. As a Springbok athlete in Stand Up Paddleboarding, and with experience in MMA, downhill skateboarding, and surfing, she understands the demands of high-performance sports and the importance of proper movement mechanics.
